Ross worked as a high school and middle school teacher for seven years and loved it. He explains it this way, “What other job in the world pays you to talk about the greatest stories, poems, and books ever written?” While he loved teaching in the classroom, he wanted to positively influence kids during another critically important stage of life, early childhood. Ross completed his BA in English and his MA in History and is credentialed with California as an English and Social Studies teacher. Ross and his wife Alexandra have been happily married for two years and have a wonderful cat named Maddox.

Cindy Rosa
Cindy comes to Storybook with 45 years of experience as a professional Early Childhood educator. She began her career in Orange County and came to the Temecula Valley over 24 years ago. She has worked in leadership at another local preschool for many years as an Assistant Director and is excited to be using her gifts and talents to create a wonderful environment for your child. Cindy is married to Jim and has four children and six grandchildren.
Debbie Armstrong
Debbie retired after 23 years as the Early Childhood Director at Cornerstone Community Church, overseeing a department of over 500 volunteers. She has been married to Ron for 32 years and has loved being a mom, wife, and professional. Together, they raised two rambunctious boys (Ryan and Ross). Debbie has always had a passion for early childhood; whether leading a Sunday school class or spending time with family, she believes in showing our kids how unique and wonderful they are.
Ron Armstrong
Dr. Ron Armstrong is the Founding Pastor of Cornerstone Community Church, but his career began as an assistant teacher at Orange Olive Preschool. Whether speaking to the families at Cornerstone on Sunday morning or to a group of 4-year-olds, he is passionate about stories that stir the imagination and inspire learning. Ron earned his MA from Azusa Pacific University, a Juris Doctor from Western State University, and completed his Doctor of Education through Chapman University’s Brandman in 2018. Ron has also taught Organizational Behavior and Business Law courses at Azusa Pacific University and Ministry Management at Calvary Chapel Bible College.
