Dr. Ron Armstrong is the Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Community Church, but his career began as an assistant teacher at Orange Olive Preschool. Whether it’s in a sermon or to a group of 4 year olds, he has a passion for stories that stir the imagination and inspire authentic learning. Ron has a Masters degree from APU, a Juris Doctor from Western State University, and completed his Doctor of Education through Chapman University’s Brandman in 2018. Ron has also taught Organizational Behavior and Business Law courses with Azusa Pacific University, as well as Ministry Management with Calvary Chapel Bible College.

Debbie retired after 23 years as the Early Childhood Director at Cornerstone Community Church where she oversaw a department of over 500 volunteers. She has been married to Ron for 32 years and has loved being a mom, wife, and professional. Together, they raised two rambunctious boys (Ryan and Ross). Debbie has always had a passion for early childhood, whether she is leading a Sunday school class or spending time with family, she believes in showing our kids how unique and important they are.

Ross is a high school English teacher and loves it. He explains it this way, “What other job in the world pays you to talk about the greatest stories, poems, and books ever written?” He loves his high school students, but wants to have a positive influence kids during another critically important stage of life, early childhood. Ross has completed his Masters degree in History and is a credentialed English and Social Studies teacher with six years of classroom experience.

Cindy comes to Storybook with 45 years of experience as a professional Early Childhood educator. She began her career in Orange County and came to the Temecula Valley over 24 years ago. She has worked in leadership at another local preschool for many years as an Assistant Director and is excited to be using her gifts and talents to create a wonderful environment for your child. Cindy is married to Jim and has four children and six grandchildren.
